Booking information is stored in the website’s protected booking database and is visible only to the administrator. Coaching conversations are treated as confidential, subject to applicable law and immediate safety concerns.

Payment and booking

Payment is handled through the listed external payment methods. Do not submit card or banking passwords through this website. A pending unpaid slot may be released automatically after the stated holding period. Sessions can be rescheduled with prior notice; completed sessions are non-refundable.

Your choices

You may contact us to request correction or deletion of your booking information, subject to records that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
